TOC Reimbursements Due

Hi All,

For those of you who were approved for release time for training and prep, your submissions for TOC reimbursement is due at the end of the month. If they are not submitted by May 31, we will be unable to reimburse the invoice as we are coming to the end of our budget year.

If you require reimbursement information for your project, contact me (fwong@setbc.org) and I will resend your reimbursement package that includes  instructions and limits.

Reimbursement for iApps

For the project teams that have requested the iPad and the purchase of specific iPad apps, submit the electronic iTunes receipt to John Drescher (jdrescher@setbc.org).

You will only be reimbursed for the predetermined apps as discussed during your Project Collaborative Action Plan teleconference.

NOTE: Do NOT purchase iTunes gift cards. The VSB needs the specifics of each purchase on iTunes and will not reimburse for gift cards.

If you want the list of the specific name and number of apps that your project has been approved for, email Flo Wong (fwong@setbc.org).

Equipment: What’s happening?

Happy New Year and welcome back!

We know that you are anxious to get up and running on your projects and so are we.

We’ve had a slight scheduling conflict in terms of getting the equipment ordered and ready. We ran into Cycle 1 equipment preparation.

I apologize for the delay and we are working hard to have the equipment prepared in order to send out to you soon.

I realize this shortens the project timeline and hope that it does not adversely affect what you are hoping to accomplish with your students.
